This is a free financial literacy workshop focused on your financial well-being and the ability to recognize situations where your finances may be at risk.

You will learn:
• How thieves steal and use your personal information
• Tips to keep your financial and personal information safe
• What to do if you’re the victim of fraud or identity theft

This workshop is part of our Empowering Professional Immigrants in Canada - Women (EPIC Women) program and is open to professional immigrant women.

Refugee figures at a glance

As of June 2018, there are 25.4 million refugees around the world according to United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) statistic. Over half of the refugees are under the age of 18 and 57% of the world refugees came from following three countries: Syria, Afghanistan and South Sudan.
